    Description

    Integration Engineer- Richardson, Texas

    1. Technical Leadership: Lead all technical activities related to network deployment and integration in a large-scale area. Provide oversight of work and ensure excellence in communications with the team, project manager, and customers.
    2. Domain Expertise: Demonstrate expertise in ENM (Element Management System) and OSS (Operations Support System) platforms, particularly with RAN (Radio Access Network) node integrations on 4G/5G technology.
    3. Service Experience: Work with various services including 5G NR, Massive MIMO, mmWave, LAA (License Assisted Access), 4G LTE, IoT, CBRS, OPEN CPRI, backhaul, and fronthaul configurations.
    4. Scripting and Automation: Proficiency in Unix, Perl, and Shell scripting with the ability to automate scripts for efficient operations.
    5. Tool Familiarity: In-depth knowledge of tools such as moshell, ENM, O&M infrastructure tools, XCAL, Flow fox, Wireshark, and other log analysis tools for network troubleshooting and analysis.
    6. Deployment Management: Manage end-to-end deployment solutions, including complex troubleshooting, network audits, and resolution of complex issues.
    7. Trace Analysis: Collect and analyze cell and UE (User Equipment) traces for both 5G NR and 4G LTE configurations.
    8. IP and Transport: Basic understanding of IP and transport deployment products and services.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum eight years of experience in Telecommunications.
    • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering (BSEE) or Computer Science (BSCS), or applicable experience.
