Job Summary
We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Field Engineers who will be responsible for delivering technical support, conducting installations, and performing repairs and maintenance of IT equipment at client sites. This role requires a blend of technical prowess, customer service excellence, and the ability to work independently in various environments.

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

PLS Support for calls such as Client Transformation Services calls, installing and servicing PCs, and PC peripherals and/or electronic equipment

Takes service calls and performs incident specific activities as directed by Help Desk, Service Desk or script

Your assignments will include repair activities such as replaceable unit swapping, image loading, and unit testing using a detailed script.

You will also perform other non-troubleshooting duties.

May perform routine installs, moves, adds and changes as part of a directed team, including:

Complex desktop and laptop break fix work ·

Whole unit replacement ·

Simple desktop printer fixes

Load software with a script

Required Skills and Experience

DELL Desktop PC, Install/Support, Expert

A+ Certification

Driving/Non driving- Driving

Contract Type: Contract (Possibility for extension)
