    Description:
    As a Marketing Agent at TMZ Events, you'll be the driving force behind our brand's presence and impact. You'll utilize your creativity, strategic thinking, and industry knowledge to craft compelling campaigns that captivate audiences and elevate our clients' brands to new heights.

    Key Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:
    • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote TMZ Events and our clients' initiatives.
    • Create engaging content for various platforms, including social media, email marketing, and advertising.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall objectives.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
    • Plan and coordinate promotional events, activations, and campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement.
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
    • Cultivate and maintain relationships with media partners, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
    Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
    • Proven experience (2+ years) in marketing, advertising, or a similar role.
    • Strong creative and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management and analytics.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
    • Knowledge of event marketing trends and best practices is a plus.
