Job summary
The Senior Administrative Coordinator reports to the Director of the Finance Division. They coordinate administrative tasks such as record maintenance inventory personnel office files etc. Assist in developing implementing interpreting policies procedures ensuring compliance federal state university policies regulations Coordinate planning program hosted events programs logistics negotiate contractors vendors Select supervise train evaluate performance assigned staff Maintain budget grant administration account reconciliation Pcard management OU Foundation funds departmental support Perform various duties needed fulfill position- Oversees records maintenance inventory personnel office files etc.
- Assists with developing implementing interpreting policies procedures ensuring compliance federal state university policies regulations.
- Assists with coordination planning program hosted events programs logistics negotiates contractors vendors.
- Selects supervises trains evaluates performance assigned staff.
