What Skills You Need (Required skills/experiences)
Experience using SAP plant maintenance for scheduling work and purchasing repair components
5 or more years of experience maintaining industrial equipment
Experience trouble-shooting complex hydraulic, pneumatic or electrical systems
Plans and prioritizes work effectively, adapting for changing conditions
Good understanding of in the 1910 OSHA CFR
Competent using Microsoft Office
Excellent communicator, who thrives on solving problems and working in a team environment
What Makes You Stand Out (Desired skills/experiences)
Experience troubleshooting machines using RS Logix
Good Understanding of 480V Power Distribution
5 or more years of experience working in foundry maintenance
5 or more years of experience in maintenance supervision
Demonstrated team leadership skills
Experience initiating and managing changes to drive improvements
Experience with wage/union employee policies, practices, procedures and work rules
Education
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering, other equivalent
technical discipline (or 5+ years in a maintenance role within a foundry environment)
