    BRAND EXPERIENCE MANAGER

    Within the Jaeger-LeCoultre North America Marketing team and reporting to the AVP of Marketing & Communication, the Brand Experience Manager will drive and support all aspects of trade marketing tools and client experience journey, following our annual marketing plan and event strategy. A pivotal role supporting and working together with Retail, CRM, Commercial, Operations, Events, VM and SDP teams to deploy flawless activations.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    TRADE MARKETING (50%)

    Develop best-in-class marketing and communication tools strengthening our events and retail experiences, offering our clients upscale treatment. Produce and execute:

  • Marketing Collaterals: print material, invitations, menus, leaflets, from production to final delivery of the items
  • Client Treatment: gifts, token, hospitality, catering, dinners, uniforms...
  • Trade & Retail Materials: flowers, stationery, wrapping, tableware...
  • Liaise with HQ Trade Marketing teams: orders, creative guidelines, go-to-market toolboxes
  • Budget Management
  • Competitor benchmarks and market trends
  • CLIENT EXPERIENCE (50%)

    Deliver the best journey to our clients, showcase our products and savoir-faire, support customer-facing teams with distinctive experiences and strong storytelling. Through events and retail activations, craft and implement:

  • Watchmaking Experiences: Atelier d'Antoine, Discovery Workshops, Masterclasses...
  • Thematic Experiences: Artistic, Culinary, Multi-sensory Experiences...
  • Guest Speakers: Panel discussions, Lectures...
  • Liaise with HQ Client Experience teams: client experience toolboxes, toolkits and storytelling
  • Budget Management
  • Competitor benchmarks and market trends
  • REQUIREMENTS

    SKILLS

  • Successful related experience of 3-5 years within the luxury and/or fine jewelry industry
  • Strong Project Management skills, capacity to orchestrate multiple workstreams in parallel and manage or collaborate with internal and external cross-functional groups
  • SPECIFIC

  • Skilled in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience with SAP systems (or similar) is preferred
  • Knowledge of the US media environments and key stakeholders preferred
  • Familiarity with the Watchmaking and High Jewelry market in the US preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 40% of the time
  • Flexible schedule and ability to work outside of regular business hours

    Expected Salary Range: $80,000 to $​​​​​​90,000
