- Previous mechanical experience highly preferred but willing to train
- Previous experience in Basic Electricity, Pneumatics, Mechanical Power Transmission, Welding
- Proficient in trouble shooting
- Education/Experience in the use of measurement tools and instruments
- Education/Experience in interpreting schematics and pneumatics

Job Description· Direct workers in electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment.· Assist workers in diagnosing malfunctions in machinery and equipment.· Direct workers engaged in dismantling, assembling and installing industrial machinery.· Requisitions and keeps supply of spare parts.· Interprets company policies to workers and enforces safety regulations.· Interprets specifications, blueprints, and job orders to workers and assigns duties.· Suggest changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of shop, department or work crew.· Analyze and resolve work problems or assist workers in solving work problems.· Initiate or suggest plans to motivate workers to achieve work goals.· Confer with other departments to coordinate activities or repairs.· Perform activities of workers supervised.· Daily inspections and repairs of cooling fans, belts, and electrical.· Perform preventative maintenance on solenoid vales, shutoff valves, and regulators.· Perform preventative maintenance on Makeup Units.· Perform preventative maintenance on Refrigerated Makeup Air Units and hanging Evaporators.· Other duties may be assigned.
