- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or abnormalities
- Assist with patient assessments and develop care plans
- Provide direct patient care, including wound care, dressing changes, and catheterization
- Perform phlebotomy and collect laboratory specimens
- Assist with diagnostic procedures and examinations
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare management and selfcare techniques
- Assist with discharge planning and coordination of followup care
- Document patient information accurately and maintain medical records
- Proficient in ICD10 coding for accurate documentation and billing purposes
- Experience in infant care, toddler care, and family planning
- Knowledge of pain management techniques and medication administration
- Familiarity with home care procedures and protocols
- Ability to perform tube feeding for patients requiring enteral nutrition support
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Valid LPN license in OK
- CPR certification
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment
- Strong problemsolving skills
