QUALIFICATIONS:

Completed two (2) years of study (equivalent to 48 semester hours) of higher learning or passed Paraprofessional exam or obtained an Associates' Degree or higher. Will need to provide official transcripts or Paraprofessional Certificate as documentation.
Demonstrates ability to work with students, staff and public
Has a positive outlook toward the school system, the school, and co-workers
Exhibits a pleasant disposition
Successful interview with building administrator

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Acts as aide for RTI committee; may also receive directive from Principal or Assistant Principals
Supervises RTI for small group instruction
Read quizzes/tests to RTI students
Maintains all RTI data
Monitor and record RTI student achievement
Administer RTI assessments
Prepare data for all RTI meetings
Maintain and facilitate communication between teachers, parents, and RTI committee members
Attends RTI committee meetings
Performs other duties as assigned by the principal
