- Production Manager will oversee new cylinder assemblers, test-paint, saw, CNC, manual machinists and shipping & receiving personnel.
- Establish daily schedule for all new department employees and cylinder assembly including what priority of jobs is needed and what jobs need assembled to meet customer due dates
- Production Manager will review return material authorization
- Evaluate warranty cylinders/parts that come in for the new department and assesses work required
- Production Manager will delegate or perform necessary pre-assembly work
- Production Manager will check components in job pan and ensures correct and all present for assembly
- Manage paperwork process flow for all orders in assembly, CNC, ship/rec and test/paint
- Production Manager will oversee/supervise assembly mechanics for use of correct data when processing jobs
- Maintain on-time delivery of finished goods
- Notify sales department ahead of time about any jobs not meeting due date. Works with sales and engineering to asses new order delivery dates
- Oversee in process and final quality of product before shipping to customer
- Production Manger will assist new department employees with training
- Answer questions and assists in manufacturing as required
- Production Manager will coach and train employees on all correction action request forms to find root cause, 5-y, and fishbones
- Production Manager will handle machine preventive maintenance
- Evaluate non-conforming product for proper disposition
- Ensure safety at all times and reports any issues to management
- Complete employee annual reviews in conjunction with Plant Manager
- Production Manager will promote a positive culture in accordance with the company's policy and practices

Duties and Responsibilities:
