Description

Responsibilities

:

Assure that the Quality Management System is kept current and that all Quality Requirements are complied with.

Predict, identify and prevent quality defects and address and resolve product customer quality problems

Support both internal and external customers and ensure that all administrative duties related to product is delivered accurately and timely.

Coordinate and complete sample submissions to both automotive and non-automotive customers

Process customer complaints from initial notification through clean points; preparing and submitting all related paperwork to the customer, as requested.

Create and distribute new part builds including establishing the part/component in the ERP system through control of drawings and specifications

Update or create Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, or Flow Charts for all areas of ISO9001:
2015 Quality Management System

Compile and distribute all Conflict Mineral certifications and USMCA (fr. NAFTA) certifications

Provide technical assistance to technical and operations teams

Coordinate, prepare for, participate in and follow up on the Quality Internal Audits

Assist Quality Assurance with conducting and maintaining calibration system

Requirements:

Minimum 5-7 years technical quality administrative experience in a faced paced organization

Knowledge of ISO 9001 or other documented Quality Management Systems (AS 9001 and IATF

Expertise with the PPAP (Production Part Approval Process)

Strong Communication. Organizational and Time management Skills

Ability to multitask, prioritize and plan to meet tight deadlines on a daily basis

Self-motivated, flexible and team oriented

Experience in Industrial manufacturing environment preferred

Pay Details:

$110,000.00 to $125,000.00 per year
