The opportunity
We are seeking a Head of Operational Excellence OpEx within the EPIX group of GCO This person is a strategic leader responsible for building and sustaining the operational engine of GCO across Teva's Innovative and Generics portfolios This role serves as the architect of GCOs execution framework designing operating models standards performance systems accountability mechanisms that ensure predictable high-quality delivery of clinical trials worldwide The Senior Director will lead enterprise-level operational initiatives championing continuous improvement across planning execution governance vendor management drive adoption new processes systems tools behaviors structured change training shape frameworks supporting portfolio prioritization resource allocation process simplification implement technology enhancements optimize speed accuracy efficiency Define readiness criteria teams equipped meet milestones build structures support portfolio expansion new modalities increasing trial complexity align strategies maximize adoption impact oversee resource governance GCO.
