    Description
    Kingline Equipment is accepting resumes for an outside salesperson. The AOR will be Mobile and Baldwin Counties (Alabama) and four North West Florida counties. We represent top-tier manufacturers providing an excellent opportunity for the right candidate. The focus of this position would be selling a variety of commercial products including construction equipment, agriculture tractors, implements,landscape and lawn machinery. Must be a self-starter with an outgoing, friendly personality and have the ability to generate goodwill outside the company and within. A positive 'can-do attitude is a must.

    Responsibilities:
    • Maintain a professional appearance and schedule required preventative maintenance of company provided truck
    • Maintains current product knowledge of the features and benefits of all equipment offered by the dealership.
    • Manages the sales process for each opportunity.
    • Conducts on site customer demonstrations
    • Knowledgeable of current financing and lease options to assist customers with securing the purchase of new and used equipment.
    • Provide operation and safety education of equipment sold.
    • Pursue rental opportunities
    • Provide in store sales coverage when necessary
    • Maintain knowledge of competitive products and offerings
    • Keep customer information current for sales management.
    • Knows and follows a defined sales process.
    • Responds quickly to all leads
    • Establish efficient daily routes
    • Attending sales training as required by Kingline Equipment.

    Job Requirements:
    • At least five years of experience and knowledge of agricultural and construction equipment.
    • Proficient operation of equipment
    • Understanding of preventative maintenance
    • Must be able safely load, tow and back equipment trailers
    • Must be able to pass a DOT physical
    • Knowledge of social media
    • Ability to use standard desktop applications.
    • Ability to learn dealership business software and industry-specific programs and applications.
    • Excellent customer relationship skills.
    • Willing to work flexible hours including attending after hour events
    • Ability to analyze and interpret market share reports.
    • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
    • Exposed to a variety of working conditions
    • Must be able to load and unload equipment on trailers
    • Must be able to bend, twist, lift, etc. in order to demonstrate various parts of the equipment as needed.
    • Must be able to stand for periods of time at expos, demonstrations, etc.
    • Must be flexible regarding schedules and willing to work additional hours during peak season.
