Are you a pro at translating complex technical jargon into user-friendly manuals? Productive Resources is looking for a dedicated Technical Writer to join our team in Pella, IA. As part of our crew, you'll be responsible for crafting crystal-clear documentation that guides users on how to operate and maintain equipment safely.

In this full-time role, you'll work alongside experts to create comprehensive product manuals, ensuring they meet quality standards, industry regulations, and customer needs. Your knack for simplifying technical info will shine as you provide easy-to-follow instructions, diagrams, and safety guidelines.

Duties:

• Work with engineers and product managers to develop detailed product manuals.
• Ensure manuals meet company standards and safety regulations.
• Simplify complex technical data for diverse audiences.
• Conduct thorough research for accurate content.
• Include safety measures in manuals to prevent accidents.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in technical writing, especially in manufacturing or heavy equipment.
• Excellent communication skills for conveying technical concepts.
• Familiarity with engineering drawings and technical specs.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of industry safety standards.

Preferred Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communication, or Engineering.
