    Description
    This is a full-time position on the 2nd shift, with opportunities for overtime and advancement within the company.

    As a CNC Mill Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC milling machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications.

    You will work with a variety of materials, including metals and plastics, and use various tools such as drills, lathes, and grinders.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Set up and operate CNC milling machines according to work orders and blueprintsLoad materials onto machines and adjust machine settings to ensure proper cuts and finishesMonitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality and production standardsInspect finished parts for accuracy and make any necessary adjustmentsTroubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during productionMaintain a clean and organized work areaFollow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environmentQualifications:High school diploma or equivalentMinimum of 2 years experience operating CNC milling machinesProficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawingsStrong knowledge of machining tools and equipmentAbility to use precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometersStrong attention to detail and ability to work with tight tolerancesGood communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWillingness to work overtime as needed
