FACULTY VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT
The mission of the Radiologic Technology Program at Hostos Community College is to provide an educational experience to prepare students to become competent, professional radiologic technologists who are effective members of a health care team.
The Radiologic Technology Program faculty believes that every student, when provided with an optimum educational experience and opportunities, will be able to perform all routine radiographic procedures after completion of the program.
The Radiology Technology Department invites applications for a tenured track Assistant Professor to teach all content areas in the Radiology Curriculum.
In addition to the above duties, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree in area(s) of experience or equivalent. Current NYS License and current registration with ARRT are required.
Also required are the ability to teach successfully, demonstrated scholarship or achievement, and ability to cooperate with others for the good of the institution.
The following qualifications are preferred:
COMPENSATION
$82,928; salary commensurate with education and experience.
