- Lead, inspire, and manage a high-performing team consisting of Analytics & Data Science, Strategy & Product Ownership, and Enablement groups.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, ensuring effective communication, and promoting professional development.
- Establish clear goals, expectations, and KPIs for each group and develop strategies to maximize their potential.
- Partner with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, to define and refine analytics strategies that align with business objectives.
- Oversee the development of advanced analytical models and solutions to drive insights, uncover patterns, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Drive the adoption and leverage of appropriate tools, technologies, and best practices to enhance analytics capabilities.

- Advocate for the value and impact of analytics and enablement initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Data Science, Business Analytics, or a technical discipline. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience of 15 years in analytics, data science, strategy, or related roles, preferably in a leadership capacity.
- Strong understanding of analytics methodologies, data-driven decision-making, and data governance principles.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving innovation in complex business environments.
- Proficiency in analytics tools, programming languages (such as Python, R, or SQL), and data visualization platforms.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex analytics concepts into actionable insights.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and articulate business challenges and opportunities.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders at different organizational levels.
