    Job Summary:
    We are seeking a visionary and results-oriented individual to lead our Analytics & Enablement organization.

    In this strategic role, you will be responsible for leading three key groups within our organization:
    Analytics & Data Science, Strategy & Product Ownership, and Enablement.

    As the Director, you will play a critical role in driving our data-driven decision-making culture, enabling the organization to extract insights and develop strategies that align with our business objectives.

    Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will guide and empower your team to deliver innovative and impactful analytics solutions.

    Responsibilities:

    Leadership and Team Management:

    • Lead, inspire, and manage a high-performing team consisting of Analytics & Data Science, Strategy & Product Ownership, and Enablement groups.
    • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, ensuring effective communication, and promoting professional development.
    • Establish clear goals, expectations, and KPIs for each group and develop strategies to maximize their potential.

    Analytics Strategy and Data Science:

    • Partner with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, to define and refine analytics strategies that align with business objectives.
    • Oversee the development of advanced analytical models and solutions to drive insights, uncover patterns, and support data-driven decision-making.
    • Drive the adoption and leverage of appropriate tools, technologies, and best practices to enhance analytics capabilities.

    Strategy and Product Ownership:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize strategic initiatives, product roadmaps, and business objectives.
    • Oversee the execution of strategic projects from ideation to implementation, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and objectives.
    • Develop and implement frameworks and processes to enable effective product ownership, including prioritization, requirements gathering, and user feedback.

    Enablement and Analytics Governance:

    • Provide thought leadership and guidance on data governance, data management, and analytics best practices.
    • Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making and educate stakeholders on the value of analytics and its impact on business outcomes.
    • Collaborate with IT and other relevant teams to ensure the availability, accessibility, and quality of data for analytics initiatives.

    Stakeholder Engagement:

    • Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders, including executives, department heads, and business leaders, to understand their analytics needs.
    • Proactively engage with stakeholders to identify opportunities for analytics innovation and continuous improvement.
    • Advocate for the value and impact of analytics and enablement initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Data Science, Business Analytics, or a technical discipline. Master's degree preferred.
    • Proven experience of 15 years in analytics, data science, strategy, or related roles, preferably in a leadership capacity.
    • Strong understanding of analytics methodologies, data-driven decision-making, and data governance principles.
    • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving innovation in complex business environments.
    • Proficiency in analytics tools, programming languages (such as Python, R, or SQL), and data visualization platforms.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex analytics concepts into actionable insights.
    • Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and articulate business challenges and opportunities.
    • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders at different organizational levels.
