    Position Overview:
    This can be a part-time or full-time position. We are open Monday-Friday with no call, holidays, or weekends. This position is primarily located at our Clear Lake location with occasional travel to our Medical Center location.

    As a Scrub Tech with us, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our procedures and the well-being of our patients.

    You'll work closely with our skilled surgeons and interventionalists, nurses, and support staff to ensure each procedure is carried out smoothly, efficiently, and with the highest level of precision.

    Your expertise and attention to detail will directly impact the quality of care our patients receive.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Prepare and organize surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment needed for procedures.
    Assist surgeons and nursing staff by passing instruments and supplies during surgeries.
    Maintain a sterile field and adhere to infection control protocols at all times.
    Anticipate the needs of the surgical team and ensure a seamless flow during procedures.
    Collaborate with team members to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
    Contribute to the maintenance and cleanliness of the surgical environment.


    Qualifications:
    Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification required.
