- Identify regression and report software bugs with reproduce instructions
- Write and execute test plans for software releases
- Contribute to automated test cases
- Aide technical publications in gathering screenshots and documentation for new features
- Work with software engineering to develop functional specifications (i.e. does it make sense for the customer)
- Validate new features will meet the customers needs
- Test software for semiconductor inspection and metrology equipment
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Semiconductor experience a plus
