    JOB SUMMARY:
    The Mechanical Integrator is an essential team member for our heavy equipment assembling process.

    This role will work on building the encasements that hold large backup power generators that allow our clients to keep their business functioning in a power outage.

    We receive our diesel turbine generators, and build custom, fully integrated housing units engineered from their specific needs.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Responsible for all generator and exhaust installation and preparation.

    Collaboration with others when adjustments to installation or preparation plans are needed.


    Install generator and fuel related components such as CCV's, air tubes, air breathers/heat shields, shunt lines, coolant piping,fuel polisher, dosing system, urea supply system, urea tank, urea tank insulation.

    Drain Lines for oil/water/air compressor.

    Rig items for lifting.

    Assemble and install exhaust components.

    Install isolators and engine rails andbattery racks, air compressors, and air dryers.


    REQUIREMENTS:
    High School Diploma or equivalent.

    1-2 years' experience in the field of Mechanical Integration

    Familiar withreading blueprints.

    Skilled atdrivinga forklift.

    Welding and plumbing experience.

    Good math skills and the ability to read a tape measure.

    Demonstrate mechanical aptitude.

    Strong attention to detail with an even stronger work ethic.

    Effective time management skills who can also adapt to quickly changing priorities.

    Must wear PPE such as protective eyewear, hearing protection, etc.


    SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
    Quickly and accurately analyze and solve technical problems.

    Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. when moving materials.

    Ability to work in all-weather conditions.

    Perform work tasks with little or no supervision.
