Neurology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant(NP)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Day 8 Pay Rate: $ $104.95

This facility is seeking an Neurology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant(NP) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm.
Job Setting: Neurology outpatient clinic.
Types of Cases: New consultations, follow-up appointments, medicine management (medical Botox for migraines (the provider must have experience with this in a Neurology setting .
Credentialing Timeframe: 60 Days.
Licensure: Will consider Oregon Licensing Candidates
