    Your Key Responsibilities Develop instruction for basic electrical maintenance processes (Blueprint reading, PLC operation and programing, Pneumatics / Hydraulics, Wiring- control / relay, Components and Applied mathematics).

    Maintain knowledge of related tools, equipment, and processes to be used throughout the facility. Design training exercises through Schaeffler software and equipment, developing lab projects, and creating skill assessments to verify effectiveness.

    Provide oversight and direction to employees in accordance with Schaeffler policies and procedures as well as assist employees in setting goals.

    Your Qualifications Technical Electrical Degree (or related degree) or Journeyman Maintenance with 3-5 years of manufacturing experience. Previous supervisory skill preferred.
