Job Overview
Segment, Business Unit or Corporate Group
This position will be part of the INDUSTRIAL SOLUTIONS SEGMENT Create automation solutions in Industrial BU, fast track the worlds transition to renewable energy in Energy BU, create the future of flight with eVOTLs in AD&M, and enable more minimally invasive procedures in Medical BU.
Work Location
The location for this position is REMOTE with option to be in-office based on location.
Job Overview
Reporting to the VP HR for the Segment, the HR PMO implements policies at the segment level partnering with HR, leaders, and employees to drive business and companywide programs and initiatives including but not limited to annual processes (year end, Guide to Ethical Conduct, Every Voice Counts, Organization Leadership Review), talent acquisition, total rewards, talent management, project & change management and analytics.
Responsibilities
Support company and segment-wide programs and initiatives related to human resources and employee development by driving/tracking project plans, providing change management support, and risk mitigation
Provide support to segment leadership for annual processes to include planning and preparation, delivery, and analytics & reporting.
Conduct analytics and provide insights and recommendations to segment leadership regarding people-related issues or questions
Support HR staff and managers in responding to inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters.
Partner with the functional leadership teams to analyze and prioritize the critical business challenges faced by the organization and deploy appropriate HR interventions.
Drive employee engagement through effective communication & programs by collaborating with various stakeholders including IS Inclusion and Diversity Council and communications teams.
Drive and advocate for a One-HR Operating Model and ensure seamless execution and delivery to the business.
What your background should look like:
Bachelors degree (in HR-related field preferred) and 3+ years of experience OR Masters degree in I/O Psychology or HR-related field
Ability to analyze data and present findings to a variety of stakeholders
Strong project management / change management / time management skills
Strong relationship-building skills
Are authorized to work in the U.S.

COMPENSATION
Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $71,280 - $106,920 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
