Our company is currently seeking a District Manager within our organization. The District Manager will provide direct supervision of property managers and all onsite team. The District Manager will be accountable for all daily operations, while ensuring that your properties meet all goals and budgets.

    Your Job Responsibilities will include:
    • Manage and direct day-to-day operations of the storage facilities.
    • Recruit, hire, train a team of Property and Associate Managers and motivate them to achieve success.
    • Evaluate local competition and make pricing recommendations to assist our revenue management dept.
    • Inspect and audit properties on a routine basis to ensure company standards and policies including curb appeal, general maintenance and safety are met.
    • Monitor property performance and make the appropriate operational changes to reach goals.
    • Ensure collections are within company goals and collection policies are followed.
    • Manage expenses to ensure property standards are met and company polices are in force.
    • Maintaining employee job satisfaction.
    • Coach and train employees to top-level performance.

    Requirements:
    • Multi-unit Management experience is required.
    • Prior P&L responsibility
    • Strong time management and prioritizing skills
    • Proficiency with Word and Excel software programs
    • Ability to recruit and motivate people, and achieve results
    • College degree or equivalent work experience
    • Must be willing to work weekends in needed
    • Car Travel is required
    • Previous Storage Experience (strongly preferred)
    • Excellent Communication Skills
    • Willingness to take feedback, learn from experience and develop their career
