    The BDR Manager role in the Americas Region is responsible for leading and managing a team of Business Development Representatives.

    Responsibilities:
    Lead and manage a team of energetic, high-performing, professional outbound BDRs who engage with senior executives of public and private companies in the Americas Region
    Create cross-functional BDR alignment, and ensure that the team is productive in generating new sales opportunities.
    Create a positive culture of performance and high-quality and high-impact client engagement with BDRs who play a vital role at Nasdaq
    Identify and create unique client-engagement campaigns that are differentiated and provide value-add for our clients and prospects
    Collaborate with Sales Managers and sales teams to execute against detailed territory strategies
    Coach BDRs on effective outbound strategies (cold-calling, emails)
    Strategize and align with Marketing to execute MQL conversions
    Exceed weekly, monthly, quarterly targets for meetings booked and opportunity creation
    Work with each BDR to support their attainment to targets and help overcome any obstacles
    Review and maintain metrics to ensure accurate Salesforce reporting
    Analyze Outreach cadences with continuous improvement and up-to-date messaging by buyer persona and industry
    Work closely with marketing, and sales to ensure the BDR onboarding program and ongoing training is up-to-date and best-in-class
    Partner with Rev Ops and marketing operations to ensure the BDR team has the best tools to do their job, and that they are configured to ensure BDR efficiency and productivity


    Requirements:

    Education Required:
    Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing/sales

    Experience Required: 3-5 years

    Recruiting exceptional BDRs and a track record of same
    Previous work experience managing successful inbound and outbound BDR teams and/or inside sales teams and/or field marketing teams is preferred
    Ability to understand Investor Relations and ESG trends
    Possess enthusiasm for technology and articulate clearly to all levels
    Advanced active listening skills
    Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment
    Proven work experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Account Executive, Sales Management Role
    Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques
    Track record of achieving sales quotas
    Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
    Familiarity with , Gong, ZoomInfo, 6Sense, Marketo
    Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
    Understanding of sales performance metrics
    Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    Ability to deliver engaging presentations
