- Draft, edit, revise, and redline transactional documents and agreements
- Review documents against attorney markups and instructions to ensure accuracy
- Manage document version control and maintain organized electronic files
- Coordinate closely with attorneys and internal document support teams
- Handle administrative support tasks related to document preparation and workflow
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a legal secretary, administrative, or document‑heavy support role (law firm experience strongly preferred)
- Extensive experience with document editing, redlining, and revisions
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Adobe; experience with legal document management systems is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment

This role supports attorneys by preparing, revising, and finalizing high‑volume transactional documents with a strong emphasis on accuracy and execution.
