Four Hands, a leader in lifestyle home furnishings, is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative in our Austin, TX, headquarters. This position will partner with our Sales Support Team to build and grow our customer relationships. A strong candidate will be a team-oriented self-starter that wants to help us achieve the next level. This position requires an individual who has the desire and drive to fully own their role and responsibilities in the company.

**IN THIS ROLE**
Interact with customers by telephone or email in order to provide information about products, order status, order processing, or obtaining additional information for customer service issue resolution
Interact with our internal CRM and ERP systems
Coordinate customer needs by working with all departments within the company to achieve total customer satisfaction
Maintain and nurture strategic relationships with all Four Hands departments including Sales Operations, Logistics, Marketing and Supply chain
Improve customer service quality by studying, evaluating, redesigning and reimagining processes
This role will require traveling to Headquarters (Austin, TX) at least 4 times a year.

**THE IDEAL PERSON**
2+ years of customer service experience
Bachelor's Degree preferred
CRM experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Outlook and Excel
Ability to multitask effectively and efficiently and stay organized and focused in a fast-paced environment
Exhibit a friendly and helpful manner and be able to work well with others in a team environment
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to make decisions and work independently
Active and engaged listener, with the ability to clearly and concisely communicate with various audiences
