    Job Description:

    As a Construction Laborer at Consigli, you will be responsible for various tasks on the construction site, including maintaining a safe environment, assisting with repairs, and ensuring cleanliness. Reporting directly to the Labor Foreman/Project Manager, you will be required to follow all safety protocols diligently.



    Required Skills:
    • Assisting with material handling, machine operation, and supporting other construction workers.
    • Preparing and cleaning construction sites, including setting up and dismantling scaffolding.
    • Maintaining a clean and safe job site, ensuring proper storage of materials and equipment.
    • Loading and unloading construction supplies manually or using equipment.
    • Working with blueprints, materials like wood, plastic, and drywall, and various tools.
    • Performing tasks at heights using ladders, stilts, and other equipment.
    • Regularly inspecting work for quality and compliance with codes.
    • Operating hand and power tools as required.
    • Handling materials such as asphalt, concrete, and more on the job site.
    • Adhering to safety procedures and reporting any violations promptly.
    • Reporting incidents to the appropriate personnel according to company protocols.


    Required Experience:
    • Minimum of 1 year of construction experience.
    • Ability to work efficiently, safely, and meet production goals.
    • Willingness to follow instructions and adhere to safety policies.
    • Availability to travel to different job sites with a valid driver's license.
    • Capability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
    • Key attributes include reliability, punctuality, and professionalism.
    • Must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
