Responsibilities
- For a specific customer lead a matrixed team within the business indirectly managing Manufacturing Engineering Sales Marketing Finance and Operations teams to meet customer needs.
- Account P L ownership revenue exceeding $100M per year leading cost improvement initiatives pricing negotiations related contracts inventory management etc.
- Collaborate closely with Product Management team to ensure customers are receiving the right solutions at the right time Work with engineering and operations for execution to deliver world class high performing customer solutions Partner with Quality organization to ensure any issues are resolved in a timely manner ensuring customer satisfaction at all stages Own the customer relationship end-to-end supporting front-end of business Establish and monitor KPIs drive accountability performance continuous improvement across departments Cultivate a customer-first mindset by engaging directly key customers channel partners strengthen relationships identify growth opportunities Champion cross-functional collaboration timely successful product launches aligned with needs Influence operate broader High Speed Products Group pulling sister business unit stakeholders expand opportunity funnel Represent business unit executive corporate reviews alignment organizational goals Ensure compliance corporate policies support enterprise-wide initiatives
