This role is all about giving you the skills and knowledge you need to become a successful salesperson, with the chance to eventually become a full-fledged Insurance Agent.     Responsibilities
    • Training and Development: Participate in a comprehensive training program to become proficient in insurance products, industry regulations, and our agency's systems and processes.
    • Client Interaction: Assist clients in selecting appropriate insurance policies by understanding their individual needs, providing quotes, and offering expert guidance.
    • Policy Management: Handle policy renewals, updates, and customer inquiries to ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
    • Sales Support: Work closely with experienced agents to learn effective sales techniques and strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

    Requirements
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Experience in sales is a plus, but not mandatory.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
    • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for helping clients.
    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
    • Must possess a valid insurance license (or be willing to obtain one within a specified timeframe).
