Shuttle Driver – Bus Drivers
Arnold Transit Company operates the largest fleet of passenger ferries serving beautiful Mackinac Island. We are seeking a Shuttle Bus Driver available starting in April to support our seasonal service, with the possibility of year-round opportunities.

Your Contributions to the Crew
- Welcome and assist guests in a professional and courteous manner
- Greet customers, answer questions and anticipate their needs
- Sell and communicate our services & goods to customers regarding ferry schedules, ticket pricing, parking options, promotions and other general information regarding their adventure.
- Safely transport guests to and from our Dock locations
- Assist guests with luggage, bikes, wheelchairs on and off shuttles or busses
- Communicate with crew with handheld radios for pick ups
- Recognize & arrange accommodations for guests with special needs or concerns
- Ability to efficiently coordinate multiple pickups and drop offs
- Ability to thrive and be flexible with changing circumstances
- Maintain clean and orderly work environment and vehicle
- Maintaining Arnold Transit Co. standards of appearance and cleanliness
- Participate and apply procedural and safety training
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Chauffer's license in Medical Card or DL (Commercial Driver's License) required.
- Must have reliable transportation
- Clean Driving record is required
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, wipe, push, pull and lift items up to 65 pounds.
- Strong customer service actively looks for ways to assist customers & coworkers.
- Pass background checks, drug & alcohol testing.
- Available to work peak tourist times including nights, weekends & holidays
