Copy & Paste into Job Posting:Groundskeeper/Maintenance-1st Shift- $16.50-WB [Savannah]Workbox Staffing is hiring Groundskeeper/Maintenance Tech in Savannah, GA area. As a groundskeeper you will be using your Maintenace skills including general plumbing, carpentry, small appliance repair, electrical skills, and/or painting skills. • Residential plumbing repair (sinks, tubs, and toilet parts and PVC, shutoff valves, stems, seats, supply lines, troubleshooting, and minor clog clearing)
• Residential electrical repair (wiring switches, outlets, installing fixtures, diagnosing power problems)
• Residential carpentry and drywall repair (stud finding, drywall installation, finish for doors and trim, hanging and repair of closet rods, types of caulks, wall patch, and repair)
• Painting is a plus.
• Perform work as instructed by the Property Manager.
• Timely, efficient, and satisfactory completion of all maintenance service requests.
• Maintaining a safe workplace and utilizing safe working practices.
• Care of all company owned tools and equipment.

Qualifications:

• HVAC Certification required.
• Have 3-6 months of related work experience or training.
• Must pass drug test and background check.
