    :
    NSI requires a Senior Program/Project Management Analyst to support PMA 263 Program Office
    The Senior Program/Project Management Analyst will analyze requirements, status, budget and schedules
    Performing management, technical, or business case analyses
    Collecting, completing, organizing, and interpreting data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs
    Tracking program/project status and schedules
    Apply government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management
    Will have At least 5 years performing management, technical, or business case analyses and collecting, completing, organizing, and interpreting data relating to NAVAIR aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs

    Desired Skills:
    At least three to five years of UAS knowledge and experience, specifically small tactical (Groups 1 through 3)
    Knowledge and expertise in advanced sensors and Payloads
    Knowledge and expertise in the PPBE process; knowledge and expertise in Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) process; knowledge and expertise in USMC DC CD&I and DC P&R policies and processes

    MA/MS Degree Allowable Substitution:
    Bachelor's Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master's Degree
    An Associate's Degree plus four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master's Degree
    OR High School diploma plus six (6) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master's Degree

    Experience:
    Over 10 years of experience applying analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives

    Security Clearance:
    Top Secret Clearance is Required
    Must be U.S
    citizen
