    Shift: 3rd Shift Sunday - Thursday 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM

    Shift Premium: $2.50 /hr.

    Pay: $24.28/hr. - $27.31 /hr. DOE

    Position Responsibilities:

    • Plan and execute tasks through effective utilization of resources and manpower to achieve daily goals.
    • Strive for continual improvement in all areas, specifically Safety, efficiency, productivity, and employee flexibility.
    • Identify non-conforming materials and processes and the root causes.
    • Recommend corrective actions to prevent product and process discrepancies from reoccurring.
    • Operate various types of production machines.
    • Utilize production ERP system (Syteline).
    • Communicate clearly and effectively.
    • Assume departmental responsibility in the absence of the supervisor.
    • Understand and practice Quality System Requirements & Documentation (i.e., applicable inspection, verification, and disposition procedures, and /or instructions and forms required as part of the process).

    Essential Skills and Experience:

    • High School Diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalent
    • Proven experience in manufacturing, specifically production floor inventory management systems
    • At least two (2) years of experience in a leadership role
    • Demonstrates a high level of responsibility
    • Possesses a strong work ethic and "can-do" attitude
    • Ability to motivate and instruct personnel within assigned area

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to focus.

    Work Environment: While performing the duties of the job, the employee is exposed to an office atmosphere as well as the manufacturing floor.
