    **Job summary**

    We are seeking a dedicated Inventory Planner with a history of successfully developing effective supply chain strategies for scaling e-commerce businesses. Under the leadership of the Production Planning Manager, this role will sharpen Well Wovens ability to efficiently meet the needs of our customers by effectively analyzing and forecasting demand.

    **What youll do**

    Conduct long range demand and inventory forecasts

    Analyze inventory health and create digestible reporting

    Analyze KPI reports and identify key insights

    Manage vendor communications

    Support order formulation

    Other duties as assigned

    **What youll need**

    As an experienced data head, youre adept at reading the numbers and turning raw data into digestible reports and meaningful recommendations. In addition, you should have:

    At least 5 years of experience in inventory planning, analytics, and/or management

    Experience in e-commerce, textile, and/or high-volume retail distribution is preferred

    Excellent data / dashboard analysis skills, including the ability to interpret and communicate key insights and recommendations

    Experience leading others - formally or informally - is a plus

    Clear and effective communication skills
