    Essential Functions:
    • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a restaurant-style dining environment
    • Collaborate with culinary staff to ensure resident satisfaction
    • Assist with culinary programs to enhance dining experiences
    • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and adhere to safety standards
    • Oversee kitchen operations including opening and closing duties
    • Estimate food and supplies needs and communicate effectively with management
    • Follow established recipes and menus for meal preparation
    • Ensure food storage and preparation areas are sanitary
    • Participate in special events and theme meals preparation

    Qualifications:
    • Skills and Abilities:
      • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to provide excellent customer service
      • Proficient in kitchen equipment handling and food preparation
      • Ability to follow recipes and cleaning schedules
    • Education: High school diploma or GED preferred. Minimum 1-3 years of cooking experience required. Serve Safe Certification.
    • Experience: Previous hospitality or healthcare cooking experience preferred.
    • Certificates/Licenses: Serve Safe Certification
    • Physical Demands:
      • Dexterity to handle instruments and equipment
      • Visual and auditory acuity
      • Able to lift and carry objects up to fifteen (15) lbs
      • Ability to push/pull carts and perform various physical tasks
