Job summary
We are looking for a Senior Lead Accountant for our Corporate Accounting team.You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with local GAAP laws and regulations along with supporting external audits
This role will work closely with our Finance team to provide timely financial reporting analysis
Responsibilities
- Support month year-end close process domestic entities accuracy completeness financial statements compliance local GAAP laws regulations
- Conduct monthly close functions reviewing posting general ledger entries reviewing monthly reconciliations management reporting analysis
- Ensure quality control over financial transactions financial reporting monthly allocations Develop maintain accounting policies procedures adherence best practices Support implement complex accounting issues transactions technical guidance recommendations Interact FP&A effectively communicate transactions impact results forecasts short range annual long-range plan development processes Manage mentor develop team accounting professionals feedback coaching career development opportunities Drive process improvements automation enhance efficiency accuracy accounting function
