Manage the implementation of the following processes:

1. Cognex Vision 50%

2. Torquing 20%

3. Fluid Dispensing 20%

4. New Applications 10%

**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**

Project Development and Management Skills:

1. Develop process overview diagrams

2. Create detailed BOMs (Bills of Materials)

3. Lead teams throughout the project management process

4. Manage Risk, Cost and Time

5. Hold people accountable and elevate issues quickly to management

6. Report on status to management

7. Keep everyone on task

8. Engage in difficult conversations

9. Strategize on a weekly if not daily basis as to how to keep projects on schedule

Hardware skills for this role:

1. Cognex 8505 and 9912C vison cameras

2. Siemens S7-1200 PLCs and Basic HMI panels

3. Virtual Servers

4. Camera lenses and lighting photography physics

5. Universal Robots UR series Cobot

6. The Twin Process Development workstation

7. Nordson Fluid Dispensing Systems

8. Atlas CopcoTorquingSystems

9. Screw feeders of various types

Software skills required for this role:

1. Insight Explorer Easy Builder and Spreadsheet

2. TIA Portal and C# (Data Client add-in Class libraries)

3. SQL Server, Power BI and Paperless via Dave Hunt

4. Lighting (Do-All) and Liquid Lens software

5. UR programming interface and UR Cap(s)

6. Integrated Twin environment

7. Nordson operational environment

8. Tools Talk and Tools Net8

9. UR Cap screw feeder interface

**Pay Information**

Full-Time Salary Range: $ $156860

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
