Job description
Bethany Village is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented team member to support our campus operations through mail services, inventory coordination, and courier duties. This position plays an important behind-the-scenes role in keeping communication, supplies, and essential materials flowing smoothly throughout our community. Position Overview:
Responsible for courier duties, collects and prepares incoming / outgoing mail and packages.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Places orders for stock.
- Files MSDS sheets in departmental binders.
- Responsible for inventory control.
- Sorts and distributes incoming / outgoing USPS mail and campus mail.
- Processes mail forwarding for current and former residents.
- Performs courier services as requested/necessary.
- Maintains confidentiality of all corporate and employee information.
Basic Duties & Responsibilities:
- Completes appropriate paperwork.
- Attends office meetings during business hours.
- Adheres to all safety regulations and guidelines.
- Endorses and comply with the vision, procedures, and policies of Bethany Village.
- All other duties as assigned.
Working Conditions:
- Hours: 8:00AM-4:30PM
- Weekends & holidays may be required as needed.
- Occasional overtime required
- Working conditions for this position may include the following: Inside, outside, dry, wet, glare from sun, humid, odors, noisy, mechanical hazards, adequate lighting/ventilation, working with/around others, and working alone.
Requirements
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to read and write and comprehend the English language.
Experience Required:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Clear written and verbal communication.
- Work well in a team environment.
- Valid driver's license.
