JASON NEAL

is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team, someone with a drive and a clear vision. We boast a remarkable 120-year presence in the industry, setting the bar high for others to follow.

The core duties revolve around mastering our established processes to cater to our 2,000 loyal clients, as well as building connections to expand our clientele through referrals and leads. Additionally, you will be tasked with guiding a small team in executing these responsibilities effectively.

This position offers the opportunity to hone your leadership skills while progressing into the coveted Agency Director role. You will be equipped with the necessary knowledge and expertise by familiarizing yourself with our systems and procedures.

Compensation for this role is provided on a weekly basis, with an average annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $85,000.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and support existing client base.
Identify new business prospects within the B2B sector.
Supervise and oversee team operations and outcomes.
Train and mentor new team members on our operational protocols.
Consistently report field activities using our Salesforce-based CRM system.
Focus daily on recruitment, training, and leadership nurturing.
Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:
Outstanding organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines consistently.

Strong aptitude for supervision and leadership.·Capability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary.·Adeptness at functioning proficiently in a fast-paced and occasionally stressful setting.·A genuine passion for aiding others and fostering connections.·Exceptional time management and organizational abilities.·Background in sales or customer service.·Self-driven with a goal-oriented approach.·Community-oriented mindset.·Familiarity with CRMs, preferably Salesforce.

Licensing Requirements:

Valid Driver's License and authorization to work in the U.S. are mandatory.
Clear background check and reliable transportation are essential.
Completion of a 45-day evaluation period before potential advancement.
