    Description

    The Business Support Specialist role supports Bank products or services within the Treasury Management Servicing division. This is a fully remote phone agent position, managing customer calls within open business hours. Will work directly with customers to address issues and respond to inquiries. Facilitates workflow and ensures client satisfaction through the handling, processing, and servicing of requests.


    This role will support calling queue's between the hours of 9am-6pm Eastern Time.



    Responsibilities

    • Technical Support – Provides technical troubleshooting for a wide array of Treasury Services
    • Operations - Performs various operational tasks that result from customer and associate inquiries.
    • Client Experience - Develops connections with clients and associates by practicing great listening skills. Takes ownership of issues and follows through to ensure resolution.
    • Business Proficiency – Subject matter expert in the products supported. Trusted advisor for both clients and associates.
