Job summary
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a MRI Technologist - Outpatient Radiology - Lake Success. Operates Magnetic Resonance Imaging equipment to produce clinical diagnostic images and performs procedures according to established standards and practices.Responsibilities
- Accurately utilizes the PACS (Picture Archival System) to make images available to the radiologist for interpretation with minimum number of exceptions.
- Enters proper exam coding in the Radiology Information System and arrives and completes exams in a timely fashion.
- Assists in the care and maintenance of facilities, equipment and supplies. Reports any equipment problems or malfunctions to the supervisor in a timely fashion.
