Job summary

The Accounting Coordinator supports accounts payable and accounts receivable functions for Worrks and Equipps.
This role is responsible for processing a moderate volume of invoices, preparing customer billings, maintaining vendor records,
and providing general accounting and administrative support.

Responsibilities

  • Process accounts payable invoices on a weekly basis.
  • Create customer invoices based on vendor documentation.
  • Manage auto-approved invoices.
  • Maintain vendor records within the accounting system.
