Family-owned and -operated funeral home, serving over 300 calls per year in Johnson City, TN, seeks to add a fourth member to a strong 3-person team.

Our average workweek is 43 hours composed of a mix of funeral directing and embalming, and our licensees enjoy a three-day weekend every other weekend. Holding ourselves to high standards allows us to rely on each other to complete services that run into our time off. A team of specialists handles night removals, so our on-call duties are focused on answering occasional questions.

Our facility is attractive, well-maintained, and has the tools you need to work at a high level.

As the 3rd generation owner of Morris-Baker, Preston McKee believes in having established processes and systems as well as an open-book style of management to foster improvements and change. He is both involved and available in day-to-day operations.

Required Licensure

• Valid and applicable state Funeral Director and Embalmer License with a clear disciplinary record.
• Valid state issued driver's license in good standing and acceptable driving record.
