    Summary

    The Patient Care Tech.

    Assists patients with activities of daily living, provides basic nursing care to meet the patient's physical, emotional, and social needs, serves as a clinical preceptor to Nursing Assistants & PCTs, and is cross-trained to unit associate.

    Assists with the maintenance of a safe and clean unit environment.

    Requirements


    • Required: BLS/CPR from the American Heart Association.
    • High School Diploma or Equivalent
    • Preferred: Certified Nursing Assistant certification from an approved program and Florida-issued license/certificate
