About the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Client Services Associate (CSA) to join our growing financial advisory firm.
This role will primarily support the Move Money Department, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant processing of client cash movements and account transactions.
In addition, the CSA will be cross-trained across all operational departments, providing broad exposure to account servicing and general operational workflows.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage a high volume of client service requests with professionalism and urgency
Process client cash disbursements, transfers, wires, ACH transactions, and journal requests
Review and verify transaction documentation for completeness and accuracy
Ensure compliance with firm policies, custodial requirements, and regulatory standards
Monitor transaction status and proactively follow up to ensure timely completion
Communicate with clients, advisors, and custodians regarding transaction updates
Maintain detailed records and documentation within CRM and custodial platforms
Cross-Departmental Support
Assist with new account opening and account maintenance requests
Support account updates (beneficiaries, address changes, registrations, etc.)
Provide backup support to other operational team members as needed
Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and client experience
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in the financial services industry (Preferred: Experience in a Registered Investment Advisory (RIA) firm)
Strong multitasking abilities - able to switch between tasks and maintain accuracy
Exceptional attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Customer service-oriented and genuinely enjoys client interaction (phone, email, in-person)
Highly organized and capable of prioritizing competing tasks
Proactive and self-motivated with a "can-do" attitude
Problem solver with a team-first mindset
