Job Description

Logistics Analyst II will serve as an essential member of the Tec-Masters' STORM maintenance team, providing expertise and oversight to the Multiple Launch Rocket System operations and maintenance.

Duties Include:

Providing oversight and expertise in MLRS and HIMARS launchers to include electrical, mechanical assemblies, modules, and interconnecting cables; system peculiar test, training, ancillary equipment; launcher-loader module electronic modules and assemblies; and electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical assemblies, modules, and cables.
Responsible for identifying all launcher activities requiring needed logistical support; integrating launcher actions into a comprehensive logistics plan in support of overall program plans; establishing program goals and implementing plans; monitoring progress toward meeting the logistic plan; identifying problems and recommending/initiating corrective action.
Building and updating launcher Modification schedules, conducting briefing briefings, and developing charts. Also assists in the development and publication of the Ml.RS Modification Work Order application and training schedule.
Writing Modification Work Order Fielding Plan for all retrofits assigned.
Coordinating modification schedules with the gaining units.
Ensuring all modifications are applied according to MWO.
Tracking the shipment of all modification kits to the upcoming retrofit site.
Providing updates to the Modification Management Information System (MMIS) database.
Collecting and maintaining depot level, fielding level, and historical modification data.
May perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements: (Minimum Experience, Education, and Licensure)

Military training and experience as a 94P.
Associate Degree Required.
Must possess expertise in the operation and repair of the MLRS and HIMARS Launchers
Must have a valid driver's license.
Have the ability to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance.
May travel up to 30 percent to both CONUS and OCONUS military installations.

Desired Experience:

Experience in the Fielding and Modifications.
Understanding of AR and TB and AR
Experience working with Modified Table of Equipment and Allowances, Material Fielding Plans, Material Fielding Agreements, and Memorandum of Notification.
Knowledge of Class VII and Class IX equipment and repair parts.
Experience in New Equipment Training process.
Experience and knowledge with MLRS and HIMARS Field Artillery Launchers
Certifications in Logistics highly desired.
Bachelor's degree desired.
