Job Description
A Key Holder (Part Time) at Abercrombie & Fitch Co. plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service, understanding customer needs, and driving sales. They embody a personalized style to connect with customers, ensuring a vibrant and seamless shopping experience. Additionally, the Key Holder (Part Time) acts as a floor supervisor in the absence of a manager.
When assuming the role of a floor supervisor, responsibilities include completing daily store operations, managing opening and closing tasks, and overseeing associates' daily activities.

Work Schedule Requirements
Key Holders (Part Time) can expect to work 15 to 25 hours per week, with shifts spread over 3 to 5 days. Weekend availability, particularly on Saturdays, is essential, with potential work on some Sundays. During peak holiday seasons, open availability is necessary to support business needs.
