About the Position

As a Continuous Improvement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in engineering new lean lines, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and enhancing overall operational efficiency.

Reporting directly to the Vice President, your key accomplishments will include:

Individualized one-week training with a renowned lean consultant in sewing manufacturing
100% lean line implementation from current 60%
Improve line efficiencies by 20%
Motivating employees through monthly newsletter outlining accomplishments and future projects

Requirements

Bilingual:
Spanish / English

2 years experience in management role
Problem-solving mindset with do-er mentality
Experience in lean manufacturing
