Are you a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager looking for an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing team? Renewal by Andersen, the full-service window replacement division of Andersen Corporation, is seeking a talented Sales Manager to join our team in Baton Rouge, LA. With over 120 years of innovation in the window and door industry, we are the largest replacement window company in the U.S., serving over 100 markets nationwide.
About the Role:
As a Sales Manager, you will lead and manage a team of Design Consultants, driving them to achieve and exceed sales goals. You will implement our proven sales strategies, monitor market trends, and ensure customer satisfaction. By collaborating closely with other departments, you will align sales objectives with our overall business expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 20+ Design Consultants to exceed revenue and KPI expectations.
- Monitor market trends and communicate with the VP of Sales and other teammates accordingly.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional service and support.
- Provide ongoing mentorship and direction to Design Consultants, with availability by phone, text, and email.

What You Bring:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- 3+ years of sales management experience.
